Bitcoin Will Skyrocket to $150,000, According to Fundstrat’s Tom Lee

In a recent interview on a financial news show, Tom Lee, a co-founder of Fundstrat, made some eye-catching claims about the future of Bitcoin's value.
He suggested that Bitcoin might skyrocket to $150,000 in the coming year, mainly because of a potential increase in demand if a certain type of investment fund gets approval from the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC).
Lee didn’t stop there; he stretched his prediction over a longer period, saying Bitcoin could hit an incredible half a million dollars within five years.
Big-time investors are starting to get interested in Bitcoin. When these big players start to put money into something, it tends to make other investors take notice and want in on the action, too. This increased demand tends to drive prices up.
And he’s not the only one making bold predictions. Another well-known figure in the crypto world, Anthony Scaramucci, thinks Bitcoin could reach $330,000. Samson Mow, chimed in with an even more astonishing forecast of a million-dollar increase. They’re all pointing to the limited supply of Bitcoin and the big bucks that institutional investors are pouring in.

In about 3 months from now the Bitcoin halving is scheduled to take place, which might make Bitcoin harder to come by, potentially giving a price boost.
Another major catalyst will be the long-awaited spot Bitcoin ETF for US markets, which is expected to attract a lot of investments from the top financial institutions and their clients.
