German Government Transfers $25.3 Million in Bitcoin to Crypto Exchanges

On July 1, at 08:40 a.m., the wallet belonging to the German government known as the "German Goverment (BKA) transferred more Bitcoin (BTC) tokens to some crypto exchanges.

The first transaction, consisting of 100 BTC, was sent to the Kraken exchange, followed by another transaction of the same value but to Coinbase.

Immediately after that, another 200 BTC were transferred to Bitstamp, bringing the total amount of transfers to crypto exchanges to around $25.3 million.

There were other transactions involving 500 BTC and 1,500 BTC, but these were internal or directed to the now familiar wallet identified as “139Po”.

Although the “139Po” wallet remains unidentified, the German government has interacted with it before.

After these latest transfers, the wallet still holds 44,692 BTC, based on data from Arkham Intelligence.
