If successful, Vast Space could soon find itself in a strategic position to secure a vital contract with NASA to help build the next iteration of the International Space Station, which is slated for retirement by 2030. To maximize its chances of success, Vast Space has partnered with SpaceX, integrating their advanced technologies to create the foundation for its ambitious project. The startup plans to utilize SpaceX’s Dragon capsules for hardware launches and astronaut transportation, as well as the Starlink network for in-orbit internet connectivity.
