JPMorgan Enhances Domestic Payments Speed with Visa Direct

JP Morgan is introducing expedited domestic payments in the US through the Visa Direct network.

According to JP Morgan Payments, Visa Direct will enable merchants, businesses, and fintechs to integrate rapid domestic payments into their services.

This will encompass the Push to Card payment rail, facilitating direct fund transfers to recipients’ bank and digital accounts using debit card credentials.

John Skinner, co-head of treasury services at JP Morgan Payments, states:

“By enhancing our capacity for faster payments, we’re simplifying payment processes, improving liquidity management, and offering greater convenience to our customers.”
