Here is the Best Time to Buy Altcoins, According to Michaël van de Poppe
Altcoins are expected to surge alongside Bitcoin in the next bull run, with experts offering insights on the ideal investment timing for these alternative cryptocurrencies.
According to Michaël van de Poppe, CEO of MN Trading, the best time to invest in altcoins is roughly “6-10 months prior to the Bitcoin Halving,” set for April next year.
The #Altcoins are breaking out left and right. The bull market is here.
It's crucial for altcoins to start moving in this period, as we're in the worst period of the cycle.
That means, the best period to invest. But why is that? Altcoins are moving massively.

This period is known as the most challenging phase in the crypto market cycle but also presents the best opportunity for investment due to altcoins’ significant price movements.
Van de Poppe suggests that this surge isn’t driven by venture capitalists but by the broader market realizing the impending bull market when major cryptocurrencies start an upward trend. He highlights Chainlink (LINK) as an example of an altcoin that has struggled during this phase but may soon experience a bullish trend.

Amid the bear market, analysts see the Bitcoin Halving event as a potential trigger for the next bull market, occurring every four years as miners’ rewards on the Bitcoin blockchain are halved.
Historically, the last two halving events preceded Bitcoin’s new all-time highs by seven months, and Bitcoin’s price significantly increased before and after each halving. For instance, in the 2020 halving, BTC rose 17% in the weeks leading up to it and 559% in the following year.
These historical trends support the belief that the Halving event could drive substantial growth in the cryptocurrency market, aligning with the market’s tendency to follow historical patterns.
