Shiba Inu (SHIB) will Launch its own Stablecoin

The lead developer of Shiba Inu (SHIB) has released a new update regarding plans to release a stable coin and reward token.

According to the developer, SHI will not be affected by market fluctuations.
He acknowledged that there are already legitimate concerns about stablecoins after the collapse of Terra UST. However, in his opinion, the version of SHI currently under development avoids all the problems of projects like Terra (LUNA).

The developer added that a stable SHI coin will be available later this year if everything goes according to plan.
TREAT token
The developer said that a new token – TREAT – will join the Shiba ecosystem.
TREAT will serve as a reward coin for everyone in the ecosystem, while the BONE token will be a reward coin for validators in Shibarium.
“(TREAT) will derive rewards for the Metaverse, and the blockchain version of the Shiba Collectible Card Game, as well as for helping to provide balance to Shi!”
Updates for Shibarium, the Metaverse, and the Card Game
The blog post also included updates on Shibarium, a layer two network that has been in the works for some time.
The lead developer mentioned that new developers are working on the project, although there is no launch date yet.
It was also mentioned that the plans to build a Metaverse encountered a temporary obstacle, but it was fixed, and the team is still working.
He also hinted at a new collectible card game being developed by Playside and Shiba Games and indicated that more information about it is on the horizon.
