Solana Will Lead Next Crypto Bull Run, According to Raoul Pal
Raoul Pal, the CEO of Real Vision and former Goldman Sachs executive, believes that Solana (SOL) will spearhead the next significant growth phase in the cryptocurrency market.
In a recent YouTube update Pal suggested that the crypto market is nearing what he calls the “banana zone,” a period marked by sustained growth. Pal anticipates that Solana will be the catalyst for this new bull market phase.
He believes that this phase is imminent and that Solana will lead the charge. He emphasized that patience is crucial, as these shifts don’t happen overnight but can be transformative when they do occur.
He noted that historically, cryptocurrency markets tend to rally in the fourth quarter of presidential election years, which he sees as a positive indicator for the upcoming period.
Pal’s optimism about Solana is bolstered by two major developments on its blockchain. Firstly, the introduction of NFT compression, which allows for the creation of large-scale, low-cost NFTs. This innovation opens up numerous applications for NFTs, such as ticketing and even derivatives contracts.

The second key development is Firedancer, a third-party validation software designed to enhance Solana’s transaction processing speed, scalability, and efficiency. Expected to launch next year, Firedancer has convinced Pal to significantly increase his investment in Solana.
He believes that this software will greatly improve Solana’s performance, and as a result, 90% of his crypto portfolio, which constitutes all of his liquid net worth, is now invested in Solana. Pal acknowledges that some might see this as risky, but he believes concentrated investments in correlated markets are the way to go.
