Reports indicate that Durov was detained at a French airport on accusations of failing to manage Telegram’s content regarding drugs, fraud, and other illegal activities, which Telegram has denied.
Originally developed by Telegram in 2018, The Open Network was rebranded as Toncoin after being transferred to the TON Foundation, a group of independent developers.
